In this case, the researcher may develop a hypothesis that states: The completion of the project will boost Australia’s tourism industry. Lastly, the researcher comes up with a theory after making all the necessary conclusions. For instance, in the event that the completion of the project boosted the tourism industry, the researcher may come up with a related theory that states: Development of an integrated cruise ship terminal ultimately boosts the tourism industry.
